YOGA AS A PRACTICE, A PHILOSOPHY & A WAY OF LIFE

Yoga is a discipline aimed at helping us access our full human potential—physically, mentally and spiritually. Through the development of awareness and the intelligent use of Yogic tools (such as asana, pranayama, meditation etc.), we can tap into our innate wisdom for the betterment of ourselves and the world. This training will help you to understand Yoga as a practice, a discipline, and a way of life; as well as provide an environment for you to better understand your Self. This course provides a comprehensive background in Yoga—designed for practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of the true meaning and purpose of this practice as well as teachers who want to be able lead from a place of knowledge, wisdom and understanding.

Module I: Saturday, May 9th-Sunday, May 17th

Tuition: $1400 (save $200 if you register by 3/31/26)

(Price includes manual, lodging & meals, & airport transfers to and from UIO international airport in Quito. Pay remainder or $800 or $1000 the week before the retreat or in monthly payments of $200 for 4 or 5 months beginning 5/1/26)
