VOW is a workout that combines ballet, yoga, dance, cardio & core exercises to lengthen and strengthen the muscles of your body. This one hour workout flies by with seamless sequences and transitions that give you a total body workout that will change the way you look and feel. *THIS CLASS IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE SOUTHERN STAR MEMBERSHIP. DROP-INS ONLY! (Members get a discounted drop-in of $10/class. Non-members are $15/class)
