VOW Fitness Classes starting Monday 3/23!

VOW is a workout that combines ballet, yoga, dance, cardio & core exercises to lengthen and strengthen the muscles of your body. This one hour workout flies by with seamless sequences and transitions that give you a total body workout that will change the way you look and feel.

*THIS CLASS IS NOT INCLUDED IN REGULAR MEMBERSHIP. DROP-INS ONLY!
Drop-ins can be purchased in the studio before class or online in our webstore.
SSYC Members…..$10/class
Non-members……$15/class
