Prenatal Yoga: A 4-Week Introduction to Yoga for your Ever-changing Body

Sundays in July (6th, 13th, 20th, & 27th); 1-2:15pm This is a slow-moving class which focuses on stretching and breathing practices to help alleviate the common discomforts of pregnancy and to prepare the expectant mother for childbirth and beyond. No previous yoga experience necessary. $18 per class or $60 for Full Workshop (all 4 classes)
