Early riser? Want to wake up with an invigorating yoga class? We are now offering early morning Sunrise Vinyasa Yoga with Alison (Mondays and Wednesdays 6-7am) and Olivia (Tues, Thurs, and Fridays from 5:30-6:30am)!

Southern Star is Oxford’s first dedicated yoga studio and community.  We hope you can join us for one of the wide varieties of classes we offer from slow-moving gentle classes to spicy HOT Flow yoga and everything in between.
