Vow Fitness Classes are now on our regular schedule for the Summer!

marilyn workoutJoin us Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30-9:30am! (These classes are included in regular membership or you can use a pass or drop-in)

VOW is a workout that combines ballet, yoga, dance, cardio & core exercises to lengthen and strengthen the muscles of your body. This one hour workout flies by with seamless sequences and transitions that give you a total body workout that will change the way you look and feel.

VOW is cancelled this Tuesday and Thursday, June 2nd and 4th. Sorry for the inconvenience, but please join us next week!

Prenatal Yoga: An Introduction to Yoga for your Ever-changing Body

Sundays in June (7th, 14th, 21st, & 28th); 1-2:15pm
This is a slow-moving class which focuses on stretching and breathing practices to help alleviate the common discomforts of pregnancy and to prepare the expectant mother for childbirth and beyond. Taught by Stevi Self, a certified pre-natal yoga instructor with 3 children and 17 years experience teaching expectant mothers. “When you take time for yourself, you have more to give to others. Prenatal yoga is the perfect way to begin self-care that will benfit you through pregnancy, childbirth, and motherhood.” –Stevi
$18 per class, or all 4 classes for $60.
(There will be a substitute teacher on the last Sunday in June.)
